Style Analysis

I decided to add this new section to my blog called "Style Analysis", where I analyse influencer and celebrity looks using my own knowledge about brands and various garments. I plan to put up a Style Analysis every week on a Thursday, so stay tuned and make sure to check out my instagram account for updates (@stylebymae_).

I follow the insanely gorgeous and well-known Kuwaiti influencer named "The Real Fouz" a.k.a. Fouz Al Fahad on snapchat, who started out as a makeup artist (which is not surprising considering she has striking face structure!) and she attended several makeup orientated events as well as fashion events. She built her brand around trying out middle-eastern and worldwide products and basically giving her honest opinion about them.

Her fashion sense is conservative yet chic and similar to a model's aesthetic. As I would consider myself a loyal snapchat follower, I paid close attention to her makeup looks and outfits which were frequently snapped. Last night, I noticed her outfit was seriously ON POINT and I had to talk about it.

This ultra blacked out outfit is so on trend! She manages to look sultry yet conservative and I don't know how she does it, time and time again. The lace detailing on the top made it look less grunge and more feminine. Adding the the open toe boots, in my opinion, completed the look and the sense of "I'm ready for business" with the blazer is so heart eyes!
